Raise the flags as Cheltenham is back, and boy is our tipster happy about it. One of her favourite National Hunt courses in the country, we’ve bundled her on a train with a warm coat and asked for her top tips to give you some educated bets.

The first race on the card is a Triumph Hurdle Trial and gives us the chance to see what could be some future racing talent. It’s Apple’s Shakira that’s caught my eye here, and even with only one career start in France earlier this year before transferred to Lambourne, he looks a decent runner and should do well here.

With only three runners in the 1:15 it seems as though it’s Black Corton’s race to lose. Four wins from his last four races make him standout from his rivals here, so it should be an easy win.

Three Faces West is the horse that catches the eye in the BetVictor Handicap Chase, and he will be looking pick up where he left his unbeaten record last season for Philip Hobbs. He makes his first trip to Cheltenham which could prove a little tricky for him here, but with the experience of Richard Johnson to guide him, it should be an easy victory here.

Thomas Campbell is our horse of choice in the 3:00, and now aged five, I’m expecting more from him than we’ve seen previously. Making a winning return on seasonal debut on this course, it’s James Bowen in the saddle this time, but that shouldn’t prove too much of an issue.
